At Authentic Kits & Retro Shirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage jersey or modern kit. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item with its original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jersey in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached, and include the provided packing slip to help our team identify your order.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund or replacement has been processed.
